The Cake Picnic is a fun event where cake lovers come together to enjoy, share and celebrate CAKE! Simply purchase your ticket, bring along a cake of your choice( baked cake, store bought cake any cake) and join us. Here's what happens: When you arrive, your cake will be placed on our cake display tables alongside everyone else's cakes. Each cake will have a label showing who made it and its ingredients. There will be hundreds of beautiful, fun and unique cakes on display for everyone to admire, enjoy and share! You DO NOT have to be a professional baker to attend! Whether your cake is: Homemade or store-bought From your favorite bakery Baked by a professional Simple or extravagant Pretty, ugly, funny or completely over the top! ALL CAKES ARE WELCOME This event is for EVERYONE! Bakers, cake lovers, friends, families and anyone who simply wants to experience a day filled with cake. You don't need baking skills. You just need a cake and a ticket! NO CAKE NO ENTRY

Event terms and conditions
1. Ticket Purchases - All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter the event. - Tickets are limited and subject to availability. - Entry is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket. - Tickets must be purchased through the approved ticketing platform. 2. No Cake, No Entry! - Every attendee is required to bring a cake to the picnic. - Cakes can be homemade, store-bought or professionally made. - There are no restrictions on the size, design or type of cake you bring. - All cakes will be part of our shared cake display, celebrating creativity and the love of cake. - The Cake Picnic will run from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This is a timed event, and all activities will conclude promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. 3. Refunds & Ticket Transfers - All ticket purchases are subject to the event’s refund policy. - Please contact The Creators Club regarding any ticket transfer requests. - Tickets cannot be duplicated or resold without authorisation. 4. Event Guidelines - Guests are expected to respect the venue, fellow attendees and event organisers. - Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. - Please follow all event guidelines and instructions from the organising team. 5. Food, Vendors & Activities - Independent vendors will be available at the event. - Purchases from vendors are separate from the event admission ticket. 6. Photography & Videography -Photography and videography may take place throughout the event for promotional and social media purposes. 7. Weather & Event Changes -As this is an outdoor event, arrangements may be adjusted where necessary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. - The Creators Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program where necessary. -Any significant changes or cancellations will be communicated to ticket holders.
